Is this only for people who have already completed all the required courses for a given degree and just need to appear for the exam, or for others as well?

You should complete the application in order to begin a degree program, i.e. whenever you’re ready to start taking courses.
If you’ve already taken courses in the past semesters, you should still complete the application so that we can enroll you into the program.

its not too late for you to register. With regards to visa’s, you would need to arrange this yourself. As far as housing is concerned we will be offering support with accommodation for students, starting in summer 2009. You are welcome to contact us for any further advice
