Dar al-Tawfiq Grand Opening

Posted by Saudah Mirza, Outreach on July 1st, 2008

assalamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullah!

Alhamdulillah, yesterday we had the grand opening of Dar al-Tawfiq, our new on-the-ground institute in Amman. We had over 50 students join us for some welcome words from Sidi Imran Chowdhury and Shaykh Ashraf Muneeb, along with some sweets to mark the happy occasion. The first Dar al-Tawfiq classes also started after the grand opening.

You can listen to the welcome words from Shaykh Ashraf here [in mp3 format]

Finally, here is a picture of the Dar al-Tawfiq banner hanging outside:

And a view of one of the classrooms:

May Allah bless Dar al-Tawfiq with much tawfiq, ameen!

Mashallah, the classrooms look great, its good that u have excluded left handed students..who needs them… :-0

One of our staff members is left-handed, and alhamdulillah she pointed this out. We’re going to accommodate any left-handed student who comes in insha’Allah, don’t worry :)
