Announcing Our New Curriculum

assalamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullah,

As part of our 5-year anniversary event, we announced our new curriculum. The curriculum includes degree programs that certify you to teach the knowledge you learned to others, as well as allow you to easily enter into Islamic Studies programs in the Muslim World.

Alhamdulillah, the SunniPath curriculum was developed under the review and approval of several institutions and scholars in the Muslim World, including the Grand Mufti of Jordan Shaykh Nuh Ali Salman, WISE International Institute in Jordan, Mahd al-Fath in Syria, and Al-Ahqaf University in Yemen. We pray that this curriculum is of much benefit to you and the Ummah as a whole.

*An important note: While the curriculum is not fully launching until the Fall, this basically means that more of the curriculum courses will be available at that time and the application process will be officially opened. Courses taken this Summer or previously can definitely be applied towards the completion of the different diplomas or degrees.

Assalaam-u-alaykum wr wb,

Alhamdulillah, the curriculum looks very promising.

However, I was wondering where I can find more info about Dar al-Tawfiq and how it will operate.

Insha’Allah the launch of the Dar al-Tawfiq website will happen within the next few days. We will post on our blog when it does.

As salamu alaikum,

I am extremely excited about the new curriculum and certification tracks. I think this marks SP as being the leader in On-line Islamic learning. I pray that everyone continues with the hardwork and commitment to quality.

I think in the next 5 years, we will see a number of Alim having complete ijazah from SP. That, I believe, will be historic and something to strive for. Insha Allah, I will be part of it :).

May Allah continue to bless and increase the teachers and staff of SunniPath.

assalamu alaykum, what do you brothers and sisters at sunnipath think of having like a sunnipath mobile like what al-maghrib institute is doing where you go around to different cities and teach? i would like to know what your feedback on this idea, barik allahu feekum.

Over the coming years, we’re going to be focusing on our online program as well as the on-the-ground institute in Jordan. See http://blog.sunnipath.com/2008/05/27/the-next-5-years/ for information on our 5-year plan. As for other on-the-ground programs, not sure at this point, but make dua and anything is possible!
