Registration Is Now Open!

assalamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullah,

Registration for the Summer 2008 semester is now open! Alhamdulillah there are quite a number of both full-semester and short courses, including some of the extremely popular short courses that haven’t been offered since 2007 (such as Peak of Eloquence, Finding the Straight Path, and Hadith or Fiqh?).

We also are offering other repeated favorites, such as the many courses in the Arabic department, Commentary on Key Chapters of the Quran, Foundations of Islamic Law, Introduction to Islamic Spirituality Part 3, and many, many more.

Assalam-u-alaykum wr wb,
With all the courses being offered in the upcoming semster, I sure can relate to the following comment made by Asma Arif in a previous posting:

“…ever been put in a situation where you’re given a box of chocolates with each chocolate wrapped in different coloured foil, having to select from the pamphlet, thinking “hmm this one or no, that one, or maybe that one, or should I just have all three?”… seriously, the course catalogue is like a box of chocolates - each course being offered has a treat of it’s own unique kind.”

So true!
