Quoting from an email sent on the Muslim Community of Knoxville (Tennessee, USA) List:

“This past Sunday, MCK launched its first live broadcast of the Understanding Islam course, geared towards new Muslims and non-Muslims. 13 people attended and enjoyed learning from the live video broadcast. In addition to the group at Annoor Mosque who was watching the broadcast, over 30 other students were attending the course from all over the world. The first broadcast was mostly an introduction to the course and an overview of the syllabus; very little course material was covered. For those who missed class 1, we will re-broadcast a condensed 1-hour version at 10 AM this coming Sunday (March 23); please email us if you plan to attend. Class 2 will start at 11 AM.

Please note that the second course, Full Moon Rising begins next Sunday, March 23 at 4 PM; this course will appeal to the entire community. See more details below.
