Shaykh Hamza Karamali
Over the course of eight years while also completing his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Toronto, Shaykh Hamza studied a number of subjects closely with Shaykh Talal Ahdab and memorized the Qur’an. He also spent several summers of intensive study in Damascus and Amman with teachers including Shaykh Amjad Rasheed, Shaykh Abd al-Rahman Kharsa, and Shaykh Akram Abd al-Wahhab. He now lives and studies privately with scholars in Amman, where he lives with his wife and two sons, and frequently travels to study with scholars in the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. He currently teaches Arabic, law, and legal methodology on SunniPath Academy.

Sister Randa Kuziez
Sr. Randa attended Saint Louis University (SLU). While at SLU, Randa was involved with her local MSA, serving as the president. This past year, Randa worked with MSA National on the finances for the East Zone USA, Central Zone, and West Zone USA conferences. As this year’s MSA National Treasurer, she looks forward to working with motivated college students to further advance MSA National and maintain the its ever-growing network of students.

Ustadha Zaynab Ansari
Coming from a mixed Lebanese-American and African-American background, Ustadha Zaynab spent four years in Syria where she obtained a Thanawiyya Shar’iyyah with distinction from Abu Nour Islamic Foundation and studied advanced Arabic at the University of Damascus. Upon returning to the United States, she continued her Islamic studies and also studied at Georgia Perimeter College, where she served as MSA Treasurer and President, and Georgia State University, where she earned a B.A. in History and a B.I.S. in Middle Eastern Studies summa cum laude. She currently teaches belief, law, and hadith on SunniPath Academy.
