Honoring Our Elders

A beautiful hadith of Prophet Muhammed, peace be upon him:
“Whenever a young man honors an older person, God sends him someone who will respect him when he reaches that age.”
~Imam Haddad’s “The Lives of Man.”

I remember my grandad used to tell me this when i was smaller, looks like he must have read this Hadith.
