It really makes me think how I have allowed myself to slip intellectually and have become reliant on entertainment during everyday life. Going over the Arabic verses alone was beautiful, but I really liked how we also looked at "the Meaning of Everything", and Neil Postman, and generally just reflected on how our comprehension of good language has atrophied in the modern age. This was my first time attending Sunnipath event- and totaly loved it mashAllah! Loved the Sheikh's style of teaching and presentation by using examples to demostrate and cross referencing with other texts/authors. very informative and intriguing!! Shame it had to finish !!
