Pictures of SunniPath at ISNA 2007

Posted by Saudah Mirza, Outreach Manager on September 4th, 2007

assalamu ‘alaykum,

Alhamdulillah, the SunniPath staff who were at ISNA (Shaykh Faraz, Ustadha Noura, Managing Director Imran Chowdhury, and Director of Business Development Zaheer Razack) had a great time meeting all of you. A great big thanks to those SP TA’s and students who volunteered their time at the booth, including Abu Bakr, Aisha Arif, Danya Shakfeh, Fareeha Khan, Margaret Fontaine, Ryan Tarpine, Sadaf Shaukat, and Umer Sheriff. Hope you all enjoyed ISNA as well, and went home with a SP bag :)

Here are some pictures of the SunniPath booth taken by the husband of one of our designers, Dana Atiyat and by Imran Chowdhury. If you have other pictures of the booth, let us know and we can post some more up here. And leave a comment below on what you thought of the talks given by Sh. Faraz and Ustadha Noura, and the SP booth.

SunniPath REPRESENTED at ISNA. Masha’Allah, Sidi ‘Imran and Sidi Razack were so nice al-Hamdulilah!

alsalam alaikum masha allah it is very nice to see that hope for on line islamic academy the progress and success.

Whoa, you can almost see me :)

Alhamdulillah it was a great experience.

I actually went to lectures by Ustadha Noura (who is by the way highly underrated as she is a wonderful speaker masha’Allah) and Shaykh Faraz. Both topics were beneficial, well delivered, and intelligent. May Allah reward everyone at SunniPath.

MashaAllah! I missed out in the action. InshaAllah next year!

were the lectures recorded?

Assalamu alaykum,

I loved seeing Shaykh Faraz and Shaykh Yasir speaking together! The design of the SP booth was, of course, beautiful. We just need to get a giant four-way sign like Iqra ;)

In the same way that WhyIslam often has sessions discussing their work and inviting new volunteers to join, maybe SunniPath should try reserving a time slot to show people how online courses work.

assalamu ‘alaykum,
They weren’t recorded by SunniPath, but I would guess that they were recorded by the conference organizers. Try contacting MSA perhaps.
wasalaam.

Sunnipath was GREAT at ISNA!! :) I loved meeting S. Faraz Rabbani… even though I wasn’t exactly sure what to say to him. I enjoyed it immensely! And, as a side note, the bags that Sunnipath gave out were very useful! :)
