The desserts you made were gorgeous as was the main meal! I had more cake when I got back home and also for breakfast the next morning ;) JazakhAllah khair for everything, you were all such great hosts. After I baked the cake and it cooled, I cut the top off and hallowed out the cake; then, I filled it with a previously refridgerated homemade chocolate cream filling and sealed it back up with white icing, decorated with shredded chocolate, coconut and fresh strawberries. It was really easy and it tasted oh so delicious :) It fed over 15 people. Would you like the recipe? I can map out the ingredients, but I don't know exact measurements. I throw things together and measure it by taste...which means lots of sugar! The pictures were taken by our guests, who I miss dearly. When are you coming to visit us again?
